Program Description

D6Five ("we," "us," or "our") operates the D6Five SMS Community, a recurring SMS messaging program through which we send automated text messages to subscribers who have explicitly opted in via our online opt-in form at www.d6five.com/sms-consent/.

Message types may include company updates, project announcements, event invitations, and value-added content relevant to financial services and technology. Message frequency is approximately 2–4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to the D6Five SMS Community exclusively by completing our online opt-in form at www.d6five.com/sms-consent/. To complete opt-in you must:

  • Provide your mobile phone number
  • Check the SMS consent checkbox (which is never pre-selected)
  • Separately check the Privacy Policy & Terms checkbox
  • Submit the form

Opt-in consent is specific to this SMS program only. It is not transferable, assignable, or applicable to any other program or service. Consent to receive SMS messages is always optional and is never required to access D6Five's services.

Important: SMS opt-in consent collected through this program will not be used for any purpose other than sending messages under this program. Consent cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and cancel your SMS subscription at any time, at no cost, using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP — sends an immediate opt-out request from any D6Five message
  • Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — all trigger the same opt-out
  • Email us at connect@d6five.com requesting removal

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from D6Five SMS messages. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe." No further messages will be sent after that confirmation.

To resubscribe after opting out, reply START to any prior message, or re-complete the opt-in form.

For assistance with your SMS subscription, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a response with D6Five's name, support contact information, and a link to these terms.

Message & Data Rates

D6Five does not charge a fee to participate in our SMS program. However, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your carrier rates, contact your mobile service provider.

Privacy & Data Sharing

Your privacy is our priority. The personal information you provide when opting into our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Required Carrier Disclosure: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing to subcontractors who support our internal operations (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering this messaging program and is subject to confidentiality obligations.

Eligibility

Our SMS program is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older residing in the United States. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided, that you are 18 or older, and that you reside in the US.

Supported Carriers

D6Five's SMS program is supported by most major US carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, and US Cellular. Carrier support may vary and is subject to change.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These SMS Terms

D6Five reserves the right to update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to active subscribers and/or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

General

These SMS Terms are incorporated into and subject to D6Five's general Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these SMS Terms and the general Terms of Service with respect to SMS messaging, these SMS Terms shall control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
